1. Price and payment
Shown price is including 21% VAT and including transport costs. We only work with payment in advance through our partner PayPal or by bank transfer in advance. Please transfer to our Belgian ING bank account 390-0222594-34, the IBAN number is BE68 3900 2225 9434 and BIC / SWIFT code is BBRUBEBB.
2. Execution of your order
We will deliver our products through ordinary mail. For standard orders we ship within 1 week after receiving payment. Custom made or large orders can take longer, we’ll let you know our expected shipping date.
We will process your order with due care. We will send you a confirmation of your order by e-mail. If delivery will be slow or is not possible for some reason, we will let you know as soon as possible.
3. Felt
Felt is a natural material made of wool. Treat it as you would an expensive woolly jumper or suit - with care. Never machine-wash or spin dry your MacCover.
4. Returns and guarantee
If you do not want our product for any reason at all, you may send it back to us within 7 days after delivery. Please send us an e-mail first. We will not take any products back that have been used or that are dirty. Wrap your return properly, preferably in the original packageing. Transport costs have to be paid in advance. After we have received and checked your delivery we will return the price of the product (not the cost of transport) back on your bank account. MacCovers that are made to order (eg with special sizes or colours) can not be returned. Our address is: Supernana MacCover, Kasteelstraat 38, 9770 Kruishoutem, Belgium.
5. Conflicts
In case of conflict, Belgian law is applicable.
